Room and board and dining costs may be going up next year at the University of Northern Iowa. A 2% increase in room and board will be considered by the Iowa Board of Regents at their next meeting next Wednesday. It’s the first increase proposal after 2 years of no increases. That, along with 3% increases at the University of Iowa and Iowa State university, will be discussed next week. The final approval for those room and board and dining costs is expected in April.
