The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union has named Coralville’s Xtream Arena as the site of the Iowa Girls state wrestling tournament beginning in 2023.
The girls wrestling season will begin on November 14th with one class for wrestling during the 2022-23 season.
The state wrestling tournament will tentatively take place February 2nd and 3rd.
Xtream Arena has been the host of the last two unsanctioned girls State meets and it will also host the state volleyball tournament for the first time this fall.
