CF School Board OK’s Superintendent’s Salary Boost

On Monday night, the  Cedar Falls  Schools Board of Education approved around a 3% pay increase for Superintendent Andy Pattee’s salary starting July 1st. His salary will go to over $216,000. Pattee, who has been the school district’s superintendent since 2013, says his success is built from working with many great people around him.

The board also approved the immediate resignation of board member Brenda Fite.  Fite was elected to serve on the board last fall and says she’s been very grateful for the opportunity.

Fite, her wife and family will be moving to their hometown of Bowling Green, Ohio next month.  Pattee says the board will look to appoint a new board member to fill out Fite’s term at their next meeting on July 11th.
