Nashua-Plainfield Bond Issue Set for March 7

Voters to Decide on $3M Bond for New Ball Diamonds

Voters in the Nashua-Plainfield School District will go to the polls in March for a $3 million bond issue.  The school board recently approved setting the date for March 7th for a new baseball/softball complex in Plainfield.  Funds from the statewide sales tax would help pay off the $3 million bond rather than increase property taxes.  The project would call for new high school baseball and softball diamonds with lights as well as concessions and restroom facilities.
