Waterloo Council Approves Fireworks Use Change

The Waterloo City Council Tuesday night unanimously approved changes to the city’s fireworks ordinance.  Fireworks usage will be allowed only on July 4^th between 12 noon and 11:00PM.  Any additional days would need to be approved by council before March 1^st. Previously, residents could use fireworks on July 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th.  Council approved all three readings of the ordinance change.
