The Dunkerton boys basketball team had its season come to an end in the Quarterfinals of the Class 1A State Tournament today. The Raiders lost, 87-63, to West Harrison.
The Hawkeyes dominated the glass, out rebounding the Raiders, 46-15.
West Harrison built a 36-26 at halftime and pulled away in the second half.
Dunkerton was led by Casey Gardner’s 25 points. Fellow senior Preston Gillespie added 19.
The Raiders end their season 24-2 overall.
