Today’s guest is truly a woman who needs no introduction in the Cedar Valley — and definitely not on this show — but I’m happily giving her one anyway. Lori McConville is not only a respected strategist and the powerhouse behind McConville Consulting, she’s also a longtime friend whose life has been intertwined with mine for decades.
Our oldest daughters, Sarah and Stephanie, grew up side by side — Christmas programs, school projects, teenage chaos — we’ve weathered it all together, which makes today feel a little like family time on the mic.
Professionally, Lori continues to help organizations find their voice and direction with a blend of clarity, creativity, and compassion that is uniquely her. And personally, she’s navigating this season of life — including the holidays — with a depth of resilience and heart that inspires everyone around her.
