Jeremy Jones is the guy behind two of Waterloo’s go-to spots for food, music, and unforgettable nights—Screaming Eagle American Bar & Grill and Bootleggers Kitchen & Bar. Jeremy didn’t just open restaurants—he helped build a scene. From killer burgers and packed lunch hours to live bands, open mics, game days, and nights that turn legendary, his places are where Waterloo shows up to eat loud, drink proud, and support local music. Jeremy took a huge leap, bet on this community, and helped prove that Waterloo is THE place for entertainment.
