Originally from California, Troy brought bold West Coast flavor and family-centered hospitality to the Cedar Valley, creating a destination where people gather, laugh, celebrate, and enjoy great food together. Alongside his wife Cat and their three children—Troy Morris III, Matia, and Cohen—he has built something truly special, and now he’s preparing for the next exciting chapter.
With a new expanded menu, extended hours, fresh concepts, and a brand evolution underway, Troy’s is becoming much more than the restaurant people already know and love.
