Joining us is Darvel Givens, Executive Director of Marching Against The Darkness, Inc., better known as MATD. What started as a vision to positively impact young people through the performing arts has grown into a movement that’s changing lives throughout the Cedar Valley and beyond.
This summer, MATD is celebrating a major milestone—its 5-Year Anniversary—with an exciting weekend featuring a Drill Team Competition and a Marcher’s Reunion right here in Waterloo! It’s a celebration of excellence, community, and the countless students, performers, families, and supporters who have helped make MATD what it is today.
