Dr. Audrey Wallican Green
Today’s guest is someone who has dedicated her life to education, leadership, and serving others.
Dr. Audrey Wallican Green spent an incredible 26 years with the Waterloo Community School District, beginning her career as a clerk before becoming a teacher, then a lead teacher, and ultimately serving as a principal for 19 years. Her passion for helping others didn’t stop when the school day ended. Today, she’s an assistant adjunct at the University of Northern Iowa, where she helps prepare the next generation of educators.
Audrey is also deeply involved in our community through Junior Cotillion, Back-to-School events that provide free haircuts and braiding for students, jail ministry, and her lifelong commitment to service as a member of two sororities. And perhaps her favorite title of all… she’s a proud grandmother.
