My guest today is Jerry Harris, President of Cedar Falls Operations and Chief Experience Officer of Western Home Communities. Jerry brings more than 35 years of dedicated service to one of the Cedar Valley’s most respected senior living organizations and has played a key role in its growth, innovation, and commitment to resident-centered care.
A former University of Northern Iowa football player and first-generation college graduate, Jerry has built a remarkable career focused on creating vibrant communities where older adults can thrive. Since joining Western Home Communities in 1988, he has helped guide major campus developments, strengthen community partnerships, and expand programs that support wellness, connection, and purposeful living.
