Officials have determined that the death of a Waterloo man whose body was found near an auto shop was caused from a gunshot wound, and has been ruled a homicide. 27-year-old London Moore’s body was discovered last Saturday outside the former Corky’s Auto on West Parker Street. Officials say Moore’s body had appeared to have been there for some time. The investigation efforts continue as no arrests have been made. Those that have information are asked to contact Waterloo Police or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
