The driver of a moped in Waterloo was seriously injured after colliding with a minivan on Monday afternoon. The crash happened around 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of Hartman and Wilbur Avenues. The unidentified moped driver was taken to an area hospital. Police say that they’re still investigating to determine what led to the crash.
