Waverly-Shell Rock high school football coach Mark Hubbard recently joined The Fan to discuss the Go-Hawks off-season and preview their upcoming 2023 regular season.
W-SR finished its regular season 9-0 in 2022 and was a Class 4A playoff quarterfinalist.
The Go-Hawks open their 2023 season at home against Cedar Rapids Xavier on Friday, August 25th.
