New Cedar Falls Mayor Laudick Formally Sworn In

Councilmembers Hawbaker, Latta, and Crisman Also Take Oath of Office

The new Mayor of Cedar Falls was inaugurated along with three new councilmembers at City Hall on Tuesday. Mayor Danny Laudick and the new councilmembers,  Ward 4 councilman Aaron Hawbaker, Ward 2 councilman Chris Latta, and at-large council person Hannah Crisman were all sworn in during that time. In his inaugural address, Laudick talked about getting the city into “alignment.” 

Laudick says there’s a number of issues that he sees as “priorities” for the city.

 Laudick says he’s looking very forward to getting started and working to make Cedar Falls a great place.
