The Cedar Falls Health Trust Fund Board is currently seeking grant applicants. Individuals or organizations interested in seeking funding from the Health Trust Fund should submit an application to the Cedar Falls Department of Finance and Business Operations before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2023. All applicants must complete a Health Trust Fund Board application packet which may be obtained from the Department of Finance and Business Operations at City Hall, at 220 Clay Street in Cedar Falls, or by visiting www.cedarfalls.com/health.
