Voters in Waterloo and Raymond will go to the polls today to decide run-off city council races. In Waterloo, Steve Simon and Jonathan Grieder are vying for the at-large seat on the city council. In Raymond, Tom McGowan and Scott Cronbaugh are also hoping to serve a four-year term on the city council. Polls will open at 7AM and will close at 8PM tonight.
