Black Hawk County launched a new brand and logo for county departments, during a presentation in this week’s Board of Supervisors meeting. The design was part of a rebranding process that began last year that included gathering staff and community input for the direction of the new logo. The new brand and logo, developed by Corkery & Corkery design, embodies a deep connection to history and nature, while embracing the promise of a diverse and hopeful future. The previous logo had been used for at least a decade. The new logo will be used for all departments, except the Sheriff’s Office.
